Client Station Terms

Terms of service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These are plain-English public terms for Client Station. They are intentionally practical and open, but they are not a custom enterprise contract. If you need negotiated terms, contact us before relying on the service for that requirement.

Agreement

These terms apply when you visit the Client Station website, install Client Station, use Studio, create client portals, or invite clients into a portal. If you are using Client Station for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.

Plans and marketplace billing

  • Current plans, prices, billing periods, included usage, and applicable limits are shown in the monday.com marketplace or the purchasing flow presented to your account.
  • Pricing and plan details are subject to change. The price and terms displayed when you purchase or renew, together with any required notice, govern that billing period.
  • Taxes, marketplace fees, exchange rates, and payment-provider charges may apply as shown by monday.com or the applicable payment provider.
  • If a signed order form or agreement says something different, that signed document controls for that customer.

Trials, renewals, and cancellation

Trial and billing behavior may depend on the monday.com marketplace or the payment provider used for your account. You can stop using Client Station by uninstalling it or cancelling through the available billing flow. Cancelling may disable portals and Studio access, but it does not automatically delete every record immediately because backups, logs, accounting records, and security records may remain for a limited period.

Customer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your monday.com workspace, board setup, user permissions, portal configuration, client access, shared links, uploaded files, and any content you publish through Client Station.
  • You must only connect data, contacts, files, and boards that you have the right to use and share.
  • You are responsible for reviewing portal previews and confirming that each client can only see what you intend to share.
  • You are responsible for your own legal, compliance, tax, procurement, employment, privacy, and records-management obligations.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Client Station for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-compromising activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with other customers.
  • Do not upload malware or content that violates the rights of others.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service, other customers, or third-party platforms are at risk.

Third-party services

Client Station works with third-party services such as monday.com, hosting providers, email providers, logging tools, Google Fonts, and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, data handling, billing behavior, API limits, marketplace rules, or security incidents outside our control.

Availability and changes

We try to keep Client Station useful and reliable, but the service is provided as available. Features may change, break, be delayed, or be discontinued. We may update the product, pricing, infrastructure, providers, or terms as the business and product evolve.

Security and incident response

We treat security as an ongoing priority and use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service and information based on their sensitivity. We actively maintain, monitor, and improve those safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident, we will investigate, contain, and remediate it and provide legally required notices to affected customers, individuals, and authorities.

No professional advice

Client Station is workflow software. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, compliance, security, medical, or other professional advice. You should get your own professional advice for those matters.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Station is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, specific business outcomes, perfect security, permanent data availability, or compatibility with every monday.com configuration or third-party service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytefight Software Corp. and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunity, or business interruption. We are not liable for unauthorized access, malicious attacks, unknown vulnerabilities, compromised customer credentials, customer configuration or content, internet failures, or third-party platform or provider incidents beyond our reasonable control, provided we used the safeguards required by applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Client Station in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, portal configuration, client relationships, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Custom contracts

Larger customers, regulated organizations, and procurement teams may need a custom agreement, data processing agreement, security review, order form, or service-level terms. Email [email protected] before using Client Station for that kind of requirement. A signed agreement controls over these public terms where the two conflict.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian law, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. For questions, billing issues, contract requests, or support, contact [email protected].
